A project consists of several processes, each represented by a specific process folder. The project member that has been determined to be responsible for a process upon its creation is its owner and manager. The process folder offers the functionality of a common BSCW folder. In addition, the process manager may suggest changes for the process dates to the project manager.
• Select File Change Process in the top menu of a process folder to propose a date change.
• The ‘Change Dates’ form shows the process dates as a table containing the deadlines presently agreed upon and the already existing proposals for date changes. Delays in dependent processes caused by proposed date changes in other processes are shown in italic.
• Enter the date changes that you want to propose into the respective fields of the table and confirm with [OK].
The process folders for which a project member is responsible are also entered into the personal task list of the respective project member.
