Tasks represent something that a requestor wants to have done by on or more other users called contractors. Like an ordinary folder, a task may contain relevant material. But a task may also be split up into subtasks, which in turn may be linked into a workflow by means of data fields. The tasks, that a user is supposed to carry out as contractor, are contained in the user’s personal task list.
