Reset appointment reconciliations

If you want to change the dates or the voting scheme ('Yes-No' or 'Yes-No-Maybe') of an appointment voting after the first votes have already been cast, you have to reset the appointment voting, change it and start it again. However, all previous votes will be lost.

•      Select  Reset in the context menu of the appointment scheduling and confirm the warning with [OK].

The appointment coordination is given the status 'in preparation' and can now be

•      be completely revised with  Change Properties in the context menu of the appointment scheduling.

Changing the reset appointment scheduling will not start it automatically. To do this

•      click on the entry of the appointment scheduling or select   Change Properties in the context menu. Click [OK] to restart the reset appointment scheduling.
