Via the
in the tab 'Calendar / Document Inbox' you can set various options
concerning the division of your calendars as well as regulating the
automatic transfer and automatic deletion of appointments. So you can specify
here,
•with which day the week should begin,
•what counts as a working day for you and
•how the time division should be arranged in the daily and weekly view.
Furthermore, you can specify,
•whether appointments that you create yourself in a group calendar should also be automatically entered in your personal calendar (even if you do not participate!)
•whether appointments where you are uninvited should be automatically removed from your personal calendar, and
•whether to automatically cancel your participation in appointments that you remove from your personal calendar.
Via
in the context menu of a group calendar you can further determine in the
'Personal settings' tab whether appointments to which you are invited in
this calendar should automatically be transferred to your personal calendar.
