Via the
in the tab 'Calendar / Document Inbox' you can set various options
concerning the division of your calendars as well as regulating the
automatic transfer and automatic deletion of appointments. So you can specify
here,
• with which day the week should begin,
• what counts as a working day for you and
• how the time division should be arranged in the daily and weekly view.
Furthermore, you can specify,
• whether appointments that you create yourself in a group calendar should also be automatically entered in your personal calendar (even if you do not participate!)
• whether appointments where you are uninvited should be automatically removed from your personal calendar, and
• whether to automatically cancel your participation in appointments that you remove from your personal calendar.
Via
in the context menu of a group calendar you can further determine in the
'Personal settings' tab whether appointments to which you are invited in
this calendar should automatically be transferred to your personal calendar.
