Contact contacts

You can send a message to a contact with an email address by

•      Select  Send to Email in the context menu of the contact. For details, see Send to.

In the case of a user contact, i.e. a contact assigned to a user and identified  by the or  icons, you can also try to contact the corresponding user via social networks or instant messaging services. The prerequisite is that the user has made corresponding entries in the 'Communication' tab of his personal profile.

•      Click on the user contact to display the user short info.

•      Click [Email] to send an email message to the user.

•      Click [Details] to go to the user info page. The 'Contact details' tab of the info page summarizes the information about social networks and instant messaging services that the user has provided in his personal profile. If this section is missing, the user has not provided any such details.

•      Click the icon of a social network to go to the user's entry in that network. Click the icon of an instant messaging service to contact the user through it.
