Each folder may contain a description and a title image (formerly banner) in addition to the subtitle. A description is an HTML document that is typically displayed centered above the content list. Descriptions can be used to collect essential information,
•create block-based texts,
•create dashboards or logs with task lists
•model processes with standard templates
•create forms
and much more.
Descriptions can be formatted like messages. Furthermore, images and other BSCW elements can be inserted into the text via dragNDrop.
