Embedding one workspace into another

You can create additional workspaces within a workspace, i.e. 'embed' them in this workspace, by selecting

•      switch to a subfolder and select  Add member in the Members menu. Now invite more members to the subfolder.

You can also embed one workspace into another by transferring one workspace into another with  Cut and  Paste. The members of the parent workspace are automatically added to the members of the embedded workspace as a member group. If the embedded workspace has been cut from another workspace, its member group is automatically removed from the set of members. Embedding one workspace into another or removing a workspace from another automatically changes the group of members. Remember to check if these automatic changes correspond to your intentions and correct the group of members and their access rights if necessary.
