For each object, the access rights are displayed in the access rights table on the Info page.
• Select to get the info page
The table 'Access rights' on the info page shows for each role those users who exercise them and what actions are available to them with them.
If a role for this object has been changed, i.e. additional actions are allowed or actions allowed by default are not allowed, you can recognize this by the fact that some actions are underlined (additional actions for the role) or others are crossed out (actions no longer allowed). If such underlined or crossed-out actions do not occur, the role definition corresponds to the predefined standard.
Underlining or strikethrough of role holders in the table indicates that the users in question have been given an additional role by explicit role assignment (see next section) (underlined) or have lost a role received during invitation (strikethrough).
For workspaces, you can view the access rights for the workspace itself and the folders it contains in the form of a table.
• In the context menu of the corresponding folder, select and, in the subsequent dialog, the button .
The table shows for the workspace itself and each subfolder the roles, the role owners and the allowed action groups. The actions belonging to an action group are displayed in the tooltip of an action group. To do this, hover the cursor over the name of the action group.
Crossing out an action group indicates that certain actions belonging to the action group are not allowed for the role in question. The tooltip shows which actions these are in detail. If the action group is bold and crossed out, it is not allowed for the role in question as a whole. Underlining an action group indicates that this action group is not part of the standard scope of the role in question, but that actions of this group are allowed for the role in question. The tooltip shows the actions (underlined) that are allowed for the role. If the action group is bold and underlined, all actions of the group are allowed.
For self-defined roles that are initially empty, i.e. do not allow any actions, the allowed action groups are always underlined.
Note: The action groups Change (erw.) and Share (erw.) of the role Producer do not have the standard scope, but are restricted without this being indicated separately.
Striking through and underlining role owners has the same meaning as in the access rights table on the info page (see above).
The hierarchical folder structure is indicated in the access rights table by indentation. In addition to the subfolders contained, objects for which the access rights have been individually changed are also listed in the access rights table.
You can also display an access rights table for other container objects such as wiki, flow folders or tasks.
The access rights table can be exported as a PDF file and printed on your local computer. To do this, use the button at the top right of the table.
