Organize address book

To divide the contacts of your address book into different sections, you can create contact lists in the address book.

      Select Contact list in the top menu and enter name and optional description. Both can be changed later.

You can create new contacts in such a contact list of your address book as described for your address book, or transfer contacts from your address book by cutting or copying and then pasting them into such a contact list.

Contact lists of a workspace can be transferred as a whole to your address book with the action  Link Address book in the context menu, if you have selected all contacts before.

Contact lists from the address book may be used when inviting to workspaces by inviting all or certain contacts of a list to a workspace (for details see 5.1.1 Create shared workspaces : Invite other users). To appear in the action form when inviting, such contact lists must contain at least one contact that is assigned to a user or a temporary email address or contains an email address allowed for self-registration on your BSCW server.
