Vote on proposed dates

When the start time of an appointment poll is reached (or the organizer has manually started the appointment poll as described above), all participants will be invited by email to vote on the proposed appointments. In this invitation message, you as a participant will receive a personalized link (URL) that allows you to access the appointment poll to vote, change your own vote or view the current status of the poll. Do not forward this reference to other people (they could use this URL only to participate in the appointment poll under your name), but use the second reference in the message (if any) to suggest other people to participate in the appointment poll. If you are a member of the workspace that contains the appointment poll, you can simply open the appointment poll to vote.

Green: All participants have agreed.

Orange: At least one participant has voted 'Maybe' and no participant has declined.

Red: At least one participant has declined.

Your vote has an immediate effect on the current state of an appointment: for example, if you vote 'No', the current state will be set to red.

You can also [Suggest other participants] if the organizer has provided this option (see next section).

Click on [Back] to return to the folder overview.

You can change your mind or view the other results of the voting by clicking the same reference in the invitation message. So you should not delete this message. Access to the appointment voting is possible as long as the voting has not ended or the organizer has not ended the appointment voting earlier (about which you will be notified by email).

If you as an organizer vote on appointment proposals, the current status is displayed in the line 'Final appointment', which you as an organizer can set by selecting an appointment (see below). You can also edit the participant list with [Change participant] as explained above.
