Your address book is a personal object to which only you have access. It supports the management of contact data of arbitrary persons, i.e. both users of your BSCW server and persons who do not belong to the circle of users. The contact data of a person are stored in a contact object. To increase clarity, the contacts of the address book may be grouped in contact lists. The entries of your address book, contacts as well as entire contact lists, are available when inviting new members to workspaces, participants to a meeting or participants to a meeting.
The content of your address book is displayed as a list, which corresponds to the representation of a contact list. Most actions on contacts in contact lists are also possible on contacts in your address book.
